We at Synergy want to make your shopping experience at SynergySportswear.com as easy and enjoyable as possible. We will gladly except returns within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of your purchase price. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Any return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and merchandise must be received by Synergy before a credit is issued. Credit card refunds may take up to two billing cycles to show on your statement.

Steps for Refund or Exchange:
  1. Include a note with merchandise containing this information:
    • Name, address, and daytime phone number
    • List of items you are returning
    • Please include the original (or a copy) packaging slip
    • Whether you are returning or exchanging the included items
  2. Mail the package insured to:

Please allow at least 14 days for us to receive and process your return. In the event of an exchange the new shipping charges will be billed to the customer’s credit card. Exchanged items will ship within 48 hrs.

We cannot accept C.O.D.s.

You can also return an item at any of our stores. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt to receive full credit (minus shipping and handling), otherwise the current selling price will be issued in store credit. Cash or credit will not be refunded without a sales receipt, store credit only.
