Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will issue a refund for full price merchandise. Synergy is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging. For sunglasses and goggles, item must be returned within 3 days of receipt in unused condition and original packaging. Tags must be attached. 
• Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Items must be returned in a shipping container (box, poly mailer, etc.).
• Sale items marked down more than 40% are a final sale
• To start a return, email synergysportswearinc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package as we are not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
